Originally built in the late 1700’s and re-purposed in 2000 as the Corporate Offices of a Communications and Technology Company, the main structure has been described as the most elegant townhouse remaining in the Historic District of Christiansted, St. Croix, VI.
The requirements for this project, which had been severely damaged by Hurricane Hugo and again by Hurricane Marilyn with several fires in between, presented all of the complexities of merging a technologically-dense set of functional needs, seamlessly, into an 18th century Danish Colonial structure.
All of the multiple buildings share spectacular views of Christiansted Harbor and focus on terraced gardens that cascade down the hill.
